Pros

Beautiful facility, good culture outside AgIS, CEO is well spoken and likeable

Cons

Nepotism. Majority of engineers have complained about the AgIS director but he was left in place because he’s an old colleague of the current GM. Surveys clearly show team is unhappy and no one does anything. Tons of political gunk between AgIS and CCFS/PTx Trimble.

Pros

Working on the Trimble marketing team has a lot of upsides. The company benefits are solid, and the people and flexibility make the work even better.

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited. Advancement often depends on turnover rather than performance or potential. It can be discouraging for employees who want to build a long-term career here.
