I have been working with this organization for more than two years. Following are some of the pros which come to my mind 1. Work culture is cool and there is no micro-management 2. Latest technology exposure 3. You could opt for work from home 4. Diversity in domains to understand 5. Salary and hikes good for people who are ready to learn and willing to work with updated techs and want ideas to be implemented.
