+ Good work-life balance if you are in a good team, else it'll be late night calls + Interesting technology to work on, sometimes even cutting edge + People are patient and open to discussion, but it's skewed to what the upper management is targeting at + Great office in India with Gym Facility

Cons

- Lack of technological understanding, especially in cutting edge technology - Poor work-life balance if US team is working with you - No lunch provided in office - Compensation growth is low - Career growth is low
