1) Good work culture, work-life balance, no strict rules or regulations in office, chill atmosphere. 2) Reasonably Good coding standards and software practices. 3) New office(not fully ready) in Chennai is great.

Cons

1) Slow movement of tasks. 2) Too many discussions on simple tasks. 3) No significant customer facing products on the MR teams.
