Good work life balance. Many good engineers. People are generally very nice

Cons

Very slow paced in my division. Very siloed - have to reinvent wheels all the time. Some divisions are very top heavy - dumb managers and decisions every day

Cons

Salaries, hirings etc. are approved/decided by the highest level upper management. This seems extremely inefficient and slow for a company of over 10k employees. Raises and new hirings take forever to get approved.
