Great benefits and the people there are awesome.

Cons

Management sometimes makes things difficult for deadlines to be met, scrum processes still being worked out, but this isn't much of a con.

Some interesting work, co-workers are good people.

Cons

Very bad management; negative career growth, even with extreme effort and results; this is more of a who you are friends with to get ahead type place rather than advancement and rewards via achievement and merit. This is just a God-awful place to blow out one's career to be honest. Those who can get out. People who are unqualified stay in positions they don't deserve.
