Developers here are usually friendly and cooperative. They are not usually strict on PTO and vacation days: Balance between work and life is well maintained.

Cons

Don't bother hoping for a great raise, moving up the ladder, or explore different career options. Middle management is horrifying. Many of them micro manages, excuse me, "pico" manages their workers. If you are a kind of person who draw motivation from rewards and recognition, I suggest take your career search somewhere else.
