Pros
Trimble has treated me very well as an employee and a professional thus far. - Clear boundaries for work life balance - Benefits ( days off , RRSP Matching , Stock plan ) are competitive - Management has been supportive and understanding throughout my tenure there. -
Cons
-Room for improvement in communication between upper management down to the ground floor - in both directions. - It is a larger company, some delays on fixing relatively smaller issues as they pertain smaller scale changes
