Pros

Everyone is so genuinely nice. This isn’t a job where you dread going to everyday. The office is very lively and you can talk to everyone here and the company has plenty of training opportunities for you to get to do. This is my first corporate job out of college and I can honestly say they have set the bar high for how work culture is supposed to be. It is very diverse here and easy for you to fit right in!

Cons

I personally don’t have any cons but maybe depending on your job you will have to work late but that’s like any job. Pros definitely outweigh the cons at this place .

Cons

Completely dysfunctional management structure. Not given the tools to deliver on the core services sold to clients. Whole departments simply don't deliver on their responsibilities due to massive across the board attrition due to terrible treatment of employees and compensation.
