Pros

Decent benefits and access to continuing education/training options.

Cons

Disjointed and siloed departments. Intentions of untested systems connecting departments failed. Should have tested prior to launch.

Pros

- Good benefits - Hybrid work days

Cons

- No work/life balance - Most days you are working 12 hour days. People get excited for an early day. This usually means being able to log off at 6:30/7pm. - Disconnect between Management and Analysts - High turnover. People are in and out of the Treasury department. I was only there for a month before leaving ( that should tell you how bad it is) - All employees bash the company and job. There is never anything positive to say.
