Not a great place to be at right now

Pros

Work life balance at the corporate office is excellent; ESOP company and shares have been going up steadily; very easy work regardless of the area of expertise.

Cons

New CEO battling the old one who would not let go, causing ripples throughout the company; a lot of mid-level managers hired to solve issues who only care to excel themselves at a higher level; stagnation and rare advancement opportunities throughout; backstabbing at all levels, gossip inspired by a very fake HR department.

Forwards thinking company. Management appreciates and rewards people that think and suggest positive change. An Esop company that does very well. Longevity pays large rewards because of this.

Cons

Persons with degrees even if unrelated May be chosen over more qualified persons without one.
