Pros

The pay is on a current system on the 1st and 15th. That’s about it.

Cons

Very old system, bring in new people instead of promote from their current staff, no place to move up, reject innovation for the sake of job security, no respect for people’s time as meetings are late/go over by upwards to 45 mins on Friday at 5 PM. Management will lie to your face.
