Trinity runs lean, you are on a salary so overtime doesn't cost the company anything and is essentially mandatory (50-60/week); If that doesn't bother you go for it. Be ready to hit your metrics.

Trinity Consulting as a company is great; however, many years ago they purchase a small staffing agency that has changed name a few times (On Demand Environmental, Trispyrian Resources and now trinity Engineering & EHS recruiting) Stay away from this staffing branch of trinity! they are very unorganized and run this branch very poorly; they want to compete with all the major staffing agencies, however they don't invest money nor give you the tools to do it. Also, the company, which is made of only 3 people, is ran by two "vice-presidents" who often don't agree on how to run the company, which caused miscommunication and poor team work. Lastly, they treat employees unprofessionally and raise their voices during calls making the employees feel terrible.
