Pros

Good Benefits Opportunity to work remotely

Cons

Trinity Consulting as a company is great; however, many years ago they purchase a small staffing agency that has changed name a few times (On Demand Environmental, Trispyrian Resources and now trinity Engineering & EHS recruiting) Stay away from this staffing branch of trinity! they are very unorganized and run this branch very poorly; they want to compete with all the major staffing agencies, however they don't invest money nor give you the tools to do it. Also, the company, which is made of only 3 people, is ran by two "vice-presidents" who often don't agree on how to run the company, which caused miscommunication and poor team work. Lastly, they treat employees unprofessionally and raise their voices during calls making the employees feel terrible.

Pros

So much opportunity to learn - I am working for more clients, more industries, more variety of projects than I could have imagined. This place has always been the 'who's who' of air consultants, but with the recent additions of SafeBridge, Minnow, and others, it is becoming quite an amazing environmental consulting firm. The people are the real key. The quality of the staff, the relationships you build here, and having so many bright minds to collaborate with and share their expertise. Very impressive.

Cons

What you would expect from consulting - the hours can be long, the clients can be demanding and sometimes they create as many barriers as they do enablers for our project work. You have to have a passion for the place. If you just want a 'job' and aren't willing to put in the effort to achieve, you can get passed pretty easily in this place.
