      Pros

      Good work environment, everyone is very professional, friendly and willing to help. Good mix between experienced industry knowledge and employees that are new to the company that bring a different perspective to the organization.

      Cons

      Still very siloed structure with competing objectives that creates a challenging work environment at times. No clear or defined career paths making it difficult to maintain high performers.

      Pros

      A multitude of businesses with plenty of areas for growth. Great office culture with a caring attitude. Senior leadership always available and willing to listen to new ideas. Company values clearly stated and reinforced.

      Cons

      Initial understanding of the roles and responsibilities for the numerous plants/business units.
