Company guided by senior management short term thinking.

Pros

Benefits aren't bad. Medical seems better than average. Bonuses exist when times are good.

Cons

Even though they preach continuous improvement, knee-jerking thinking about car count always dominates. They will push production to get the numbers, never mind overtime and quality. The demand comes from upper management which either isn't sincere about company objectives or is incompetently aggressive about the wrong metrics. The woke training is an oblivious upper management staff pushing the values of the day on people who have maintained traditional values and don't need to partake in the current moral panic. In fact, some of this stuff is offensive but apparently that only goes in one direction. The workers at the bottom know who they are and they are not bad. It's the equivalent of forcing arithmetic classes on an educated person.
