Decent job

Pros

People are friendly and the pay is decent for the amount of work

Cons

-It's not set up for any career advancement, so there isn't any training or continuing education. People stay here for a long time because its easy, but there is typically no chance of getting promoted because there isn't anything to get promoted to. -I would not say its "woman friendly" in regards to benefits. They don't even cover maternity leave converage in the benefits package. I had to request information from HR and was told only FMLA leave is available. -There is tons of red tape involved with every aspect of the business, so much it prevents growth. There are no intentions of investing more money into our division and just push for the biggest profits with the smallest possible costs.
