Trinity provides competitive pay. You will have a lot of exposure to other plants and other areas that you might not normally get at large companies.

Cons

Sometimes trinity can overwork you. Don't be surprised if you are asked to do things that are outside of your current job description.

Dirty, smokey, and dated equipment. Lack of direct supervision, unpredictable scheduling. Hours can be brutal.
