Cons
Supervisors have access to all your info including being able to change your clock in and out times. They erased days of work and charged me absences for days i worked. I complained to hr and was told i couldnt do anything. Only workers are ever drug tested. .Never upper management. Despite complaints from many about open use of drugs. Dont file a complaint about money shorted from your check because you will be subject to harassment and have your hours cut. You only get promotions if you are friends with supervisor. Very corrupt and illegal things go on at plant 19 and you cant do anything about it cause its the supervisors doing it and no one cares.i love my job but supervisors make it impossible to stay. They fired several people for complaint against the management since i started.
