Pros

- Great work culture - Smart and dynamic people across all levels, from top undergraduate and graduate programs - Fun social events and team building activities throughout the year - Leadership invests in its people through informal mentorship and a multitude of formal traning programs - Multi project staffing model allows for exposure to a variety of interesting and challenging work - Highly competetive compensation and bonus structure - Transparency from the leadership on company performance and strategic planning

Cons

- The hours can sometimes be a lot, but nothing more than any other consulting firm. - The office is in Waltham, but there is shuttle service for employees living in the city

Pros

Great people who share common interests. Lots of weekend activities to participate in outside of work. Wide variety of degrees which is fantastic.

Cons

Leadership team has great ideas but has difficulty in execution and abandons initiatives. Enormous disparity in pay between experienced hires, competitors, and current employees being paid significantly below market.
