      Pros

      The people at Trinity are amazing - smart, driven, and down to earth. Employees genuinely like to be around each other both inside and outside of work.

      Cons

      Working at Trinity does come with long hours at times but this is true of any consulting firm. Even with long hours you aren't traveling nearly as much as you would be with a typical consulting firm.
