Company make good investment in employee benefit. Good learning opportunity for junior staff Great infrastructure

Very political environment. Particularly HR function, Off late they fired so many people from US team. Leaders coming from BPO function and running consulting organisation. Highly insecure environment. Current team are very much terrified. No learning, no job security and only micro management.
