Pros

Non management is comprised of some of the best people out there.

Cons

The company grew too fast and still acts like it’s under 300 people. There are a dozen ways to do things with no standardization, Most leadership have only ever worked at Trinity (20+ years) so their ideas and methodology are extremely out dated and they have a very hard time embracing change at even a small level. Too much time on crafting PowerPoints on why you have to have a PowerPoint for a PowerPoint.

Thank you for giving your perspective - we completely understand that growth comes with it's challenges, and change management can be tricky at all levels and tenure. We will continue to consider varying perspectives as we adjust with our growth, as we know that's how the best decisions are made! - Sarah Zeoli

Pros

The people and the parties

Cons

Lots of recent turnover of GREAT people! The company is not built to scale or change. Do not confide in HR members unless you want your confidential comments shared at the Partners meetings. The work is not strategic. Poor performance is rewarded with promotions and recognition. The company needs to invest in training and adopt competitive pay principles.

Pros

- There are some genuinely good people who work here and whom I consider my friend. I enjoyed going into the office to see them, and the office culture, specifically, is strong. - If you are passionate about life sciences consulting, you will learn some valuable skills.

Cons

- you will be sold an experience that is far from reality. The company will market a “culture” of work-life balance, but know that it is normal to work 60+ hour weeks. Look at so many of the reviews from US-based employees and you’ll see that people are miserable and this company is trending in the wrong direction. - You will be paid below market rate. Trinity is in the unfortunate trap where it’s trying to behave more like an MBB (along with all of the negative characteristics that come with that), but will pay significantly less. And if you try to advocate for better pay, the company will insist that you are paid market rate, even though we know it’s not true (the consulting world isn’t that big; we know what people are making elsewhere). - Junior staff are routinely blamed for inefficiencies within the company and on projects, despite the majority of these being caused by poor management from LT/MT - The company clearly picks favorites, and if you’re not part of the group that will be raised up, good luck. And often, the people who are picked as the favorites are incredibly toxic.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you feel your work experience at Trinity is not living up to expectations. I hope you feel empowered to work with your manager or HR business partners to turn things around. I am glad that you are building strong relationships and a solid foundation for your career in life sciences. Trinity is committed to our people, the value proposition we offer, and employee experience is paramount. We take a regular pulse survey to understand where we are in alignment to our values and dive-in when areas of improvement surface. I understand that the combination of working long consulting hours combined with recent business changes have created an unsettled feeling. We are always driving to improve our employee experience and will take your feedback into consideration as we build out future plans. I would encourage you to reach out to your HR business partner directly. - Sarah Zeoli
