      Pros

      Amazing staff.... If you love working IB hours but not getting compensated accordingly, this is a great opportunity.

      Cons

      Long hours, no work life balance, work 8am-11pm most days with an hour for dinner, low compensation, minimal upward mobility (on cycles vs. on merit)
