- My team is incredible, supportive and overall nice to be around. The same goes for my manager. - There is often an activity, happy hour, food truck or free lunch going on. - Solid benefits (401K, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Health & Dental, Flexible Time Off, etc.)

Cons

- No clear pathway for advancement in my role. - Big push to be in office just to be in virtual meetings all day. - The company grew rapidly between 2020 and 2025 and there have been a lot of growing pains as there isn't an appropriate level of resources/infrastructure to support the growth.
