      Ok when its good, but bad when its bad

      Pros

      - Interesting variety of work / projects and exposure to clients - Lots of resources / support - Summer Fridays are nice (when you are able to take them)

      Cons

      - Work life balance usually non-existent due to understaffing / recent restructuring, and only seems to get worse as you progress - Unclear expectations / some poor communication across teams (some MT/LT are the bane of my existence) - Tough to make meaningful connections / friends at work - Compensation could be higher
