      Cons

      Working in the India office is a horrible experience. Management absolutely does not care about employees, and sees them as machines - repeatedly raised complaints to management and leadership and no one cared - instead tried to blame the employees for what was clearly poor management

      Lots of exposure to interesting projects and clients, staff given high degree of responsibility. Also great infrastructure and support for consultants

      Cons

      Frequently at or over capacity, especially during busy season, but that is the expectation for this line of work
