Always room for improvement in pay and career paths but they are always looking at how to improve that.

Not a con really, however, some positions don't have a clear career path, but that is just the nature of the position. You can always make horizontal moves to a new position where growth is possible.

Co-workers were great. Close to home before pandemic.

Cons

Impossible goals. No bonus' after they took over for Burris. Severe favoritism in office.
