      Pros

      You work on your own accord and people are great. Very little micromanaging in my branch.

      Cons

      KPI's can be a bit unrealistic for sales side. Trinity is not a top 5 broker by any means and sometimes our prices certainly felt that way. It was difficult to maintain a steady stream of business with customers who have a large volume.
