      Pros

      Friendly and helpful management, amazing workplace culture, the ability to advance and grow. Lunch wagon is awesome, as is the free coffee, popcorn, and fruit daily. You really get a sense of family here. Can't say enough about this company and the people who work here.

      There is nothing that I would rate as a negative, my experience has been nothing but positive.

      Pros

      Trinity is an excellent place to work. It is family-owned and truly feels like a family. Management cares about team members and their success. Another huge plus is that it is team member owned.

      Cons

      Working so far (geographically) from corporate can cause delays in getting things taken care of.

      Company cares about their employees, lots of teamwork, good training program. Tools to do a great job are provided.

      Industry itself can be tough.. develop thick skin to handle gruff attitudes from some of the companies you encounter on the phone
