      Pros

      I've worked for Trinity for several years, and from day one I've been made to feel like I've not just joined a company, but a family as well. Trinity has built a culture upon a foundation of continuous improvement, accountability, and ownership - all the while prioritizing the needs of its team members above everything else. I'm grateful to have worked for such an amazing company for so many years, and I look forward to the years ahead.

      Cons

      Trinity is always changing and finding ways to improve. For those that don't expect to be challenged and don't have a growth-oriented mindset, this may not be the best environment. For those that do, it's a great place to build a career.

      *They Celebrate excellence *You're given incentives to work hard, not micro-managed or forced. *It's a group of fun, hard working people, that know how to balance work and fun to make it a enjoyable light-hearted atmosphere. *From Entry-level to CEO, everyone is accessible and willing to give you a helping hand.

      Cons

      *Sometimes my computer is a little slow.

      Better people, Better culture; Trinity Logistics

      Pros

      -great cohesion among departments -culture is excellent -lack of a "corporate" feel is great -plenty of opportunities for career paths

      Cons

      -technology seems to always be playing catch up with the industry -accountability among certain departments needs to be greatly increased -the pay scales and job paths have greatly improved, but still leave somethings to be desired
