Pros

CULTURE, CULTURE, CULTURE! When you walk through the doors of Trinity, it just feels different! You are greeted with smiles and Good Mornings. There is a feeling of positivity and Teamwork throughout the building. The CEO takes time each week to meet with employees during a "Coffee Chat" just to hear what is going on and listen to what obstacles they may have. We are allowed to have Fun, while at the same being challenged. I like that I am expected to always bring my "A game" - it pushes me to be better and reach my goals, and set new ones.

Cons

I honestly love this place and the career path that I have and can't think of any.
