Pros

I recently started working for Trinity and have been very impressed. I have been in the industry for a few years now and have already seen a lot of benefits to working here. Besides the commission structure being better than most offers I received the culture is very authentic. The people are real and the management really does care. I have never received a personal hand written letter, not email, from the president of a 500 million dollar company. Also the dress code is, in my opinion, very fitting for our industry allowing you to be comfortable the majority of time yet keeping things professional.

Cons

The facility is an older building and could use a face lift in some areas but I really don't mind and didn't have anything else to say here.

Pros

The best thing about Trinity is the people. We have an excellent team that is supportive and fun! Trinity promotes growth from within and encourages each team member to push outside their comfort zone. The resources for learning and leadership development are plentiful. I've been with the company for over 10 years- work REALLY hard and continue to have opportunity for advancement.

Cons

If you don't like a fast pace environment and change, Trinity is probably not for you.
