Medical Benefits are not great. They should offer plans that don't require deductibles to be met before having coverage for services.

Thank you for the feedback. We have invested in training our entire Team, in all offices, with the Oz Principle. This was just one of many initiatives to make sure that our managers, and all team members, are learning and displaying the best leadership principles possible. We have also added a Level 2 Leadership training program and have plans to add more levels and training to our managers.
