Good People, Great Company

Pros

The Pay is great, especially the bonuses. The properties are owned and operated by them and they all look really nice. Managers are very helpful and there's a great team atmosphere. The benefits are solid and there's room for growth no matter where you start.

Cons

Some of the policies seem to change rapidly so one day they want something done a certain way and then it gets changed and if it's not fixed to the new standard right away, you don't get paid your commissions. I just think there should be a reasonable grace period to adhere to new policy. And the audits are terrible along with Grace Hill classes.

Treats employees VERY well Great Pay Great Benefits Great training classes Very welcoming I work in the Phoenix Region and absolutely love this company. I have been in the industry for 6 years, and have to say this is the best company I have worked for. If you want to be in the multifamily industry, this is the company you want to work for! Don't pass up a job opportunity with Trinity!!!

Positive leadership Uniform program from Express Great potential for growth They aren't micro managers Privately owned Higher than average pay and good benefits Company growth in the Phoenix area Training opportunities Mentorship program Yearly Manager's retreat to Las Vegas

Cons

Payable system is old school, however they are transitioning to a more automated/ efficient system called pay-scan in a few weeks.
