      Pros

      -Training -Positive Environment -Growth Potential -Benefits Trinity offers one of if not the best benefit package to their employees. There is growth potential within one of the divisions of Trinity. Simply complete your work an do what is expected of you. My team members are my 2nd family. I spend more time with them then I do my own family. (But then again, I am in Student Housing..haha)

      Cons

      -A/P process is slow FYI...... Yes, there are redundant reports due every week. Yes, it is long hours. Yes, the work load is overwhelming at times. Yes, you will not have enough time in the day. So what! Student Housing is not for the light at heart. It takes a strong individual to lead his/her team to success!

      Trinity is a great company.

      Pros

      Compensation, ability to make decisions, insurance/healthcare, opportunity. Great options to learn different markets. Options all over the US for employment.

      Cons

      Company usually sells property within 4 years of having the property. Currently exiting the Houston market. Lack of communication from upper management at times.

      Pros

      The training that they provide is really helpful and keeps everyone on the same page. There are new classes added all the time for everyone to succeed in.

      Cons

      The accounting aspect of the company is very bad. There are a lot of vendors that go without paychecks because the checks are not cut in time. It makes it very difficult for the on site staff when bills/invoices are not paid on time.
