Pros

The company offers various resources for education and values their employees through advancement opportunities, valuing creative input, and goal-oriented incentives. I have never worked for a company that has treated me with such high levels of dignity and respect. It's truly a company that you can grow with.

Cons

There is a high turnover rate for on-site employees due to the nature of the job. This can cause difficulties in the way that each section of the company interacts and communicates with one another.

Pros

Trinity expects the onsite staff to provide quality service to our residents and they provide the correct tools to accomplish this. Excellent work environment with many extra benefits not often offered by property management companies anymore. Smart executives who really listen to the onsite teams. Promotes within more than any company I've ever worked for. Detailed on-line training classes.

Cons

Some of the employees who have been with the company longest believe their tenure affords them to not work as hard.

Pros

I could not think of any pros

Cons

Where should I start. I have never worked for a company that uses people as chess pieces. Moving them around and not letting co-workers form a great thriving team together. Upper management does not understand that people need a family atmosphere at work to be loyal and care about their job. Managers quit all the time. The pressure that is put on them is overwhelming. You are treated as a $ sign not as a human being with skills and feelings. Definitely not a long term company to work for. If you bring up an issue you are yelled at and written up. The running joke is, "It is not if you are going to be written up, it is when." You get written up for everything you do or don't do. They actually go through all e-mails just to catch you doing something you are not supposed to. Having property managers look through your e-mails and forward them to them to catch you doing something that you should not be doing. Encouraging managers to look in your cell phone at personal texts. That one I could not believe. Turn over is huge. Someone is always quitting. Not even giving notice just walking out because they cannot take it anymore. How they are treated and how they see others treated. If you are liked by management it is great if you are not it is horrific. Males are treated like kings and only a few choice women are treated like queens.
