Cons

being asked to work on days off and through lunches, expected to keep work communication app on phone and respond to it quickly- even when on days off including PTO, low chance of taking PTO between March and August (renewal/leasing season)

Pros

Great pay scale, commission structure and benefits! They fully pay for their employees health insurance and offer clothing allowances for onsite office staff. The company is consistently evolving to better serve their employees and residents and to ensure processes are streamlined for the better. They listen to their employees at all levels and truly take into consideration their suggestions. An ever-growing company so there is always room for growth and to build a great career with them.

Cons

The only issues are within the construction team and not getting timely approvals or clear understanding of work being done.
