      Stellar leadership resulting in an outstanding culture. Great support teams. Work/ life balance. Wellness in the workplace matters. Rapidly growing company, and with growth, comes opportunities.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Trinity Property Consultants is the best place I have worked throughout my decades in multifamily real estate.

      Pros

      If you flirt or are close to the manager or anyone higher up, you will get special treatment and raises. You could be the worst employee and do drugs but if the manager likes you you'll go far.

      Cons

      Managers talk down on you like you are trash If you get sick or go to the hospital the manager will belittle you and yell at you, even if you never called in sick for years. Management will bring up your personal issues in front of the entire property team. Your co workers will openly do drugs and do nothing all day, yet will get raises over you
