Pros
Some wonderful people work for this company, On the mangers and maintenance level. Team work is so real on this level, because everyone wants to see you succeed.
Cons
Upper management can't be trusted. They have these clicks and target lower-level employees once one of them begins to target an employee. They hold you accountable for your mistakes but don't take accountability for theirs. They think it's ok to talk to staff as if they are children instead of adult employees. There is no protection for employees mentally, or physically. They will allow anything to happen to you with no follow up.
