      Pros

      The compensation you receive as a full time employee is good but it’s not enough to make up for the hell you go through on a daily basis due to the lack of resources provided by the company.

      Cons

      There’s no such thing as help. Nobody in this company can ever give you a clear answer on anything, they just repeat your questions back to you & then ignore any further requests for assistance. They provide employees with good compensation but that’s it, getting abused by the customers on a daily basis due to Trinity’s lack of care/assistance isn’t worth the benefit package you sign up for. This company is very money hungry & has an “oh well, not my problem” culture, the trend of doing the bare minimum just to say you did something runs ramped in the compliance, HR & corporate office.
