Click like mentality. If upper management doesn't like you; you're out of a job no questions.

More cons than pros

Pros

Lots of opportunities to grow in your career if you have specific job goals, and health insurance paid by the company 100%.

Cons

Mildly illegal practices- does not require a leasing license in a state where a license is legally required to do most of your job duties. They refuse to sponsor your license if you have one, so it will stay inactive. They also make you lie to/steer prospects with Section 8 to convince them not to apply in a county with strict Section 8 laws against such behavior. Having to prove your achievements and still not being met with any recognition. Toxic workplace- inappropriate coworkers/managers, gossip, lying, etc. They don't seem to care about residents at all and astronomically raise rent without spending money to fix the problems residents have that make them not want to renew. You are then the brunt of all of these complaints, as management does not want to do anything about them. Does not pay their employees what they deserve.
