Lack of support from upper management. I and several team members at my home property suffered discrimination/targeted harassment from both immediate and upper management. I witnessed violations to Fair Housing policies on various occasions. Management addresses employees in the most condescending manner. I was spitefully terminated without explanation, after submitting appropriate notice that I would be leaving the company. Terrible employee retention. I was the only employee that maintained my position through 3 team turnovers over the short period of time I was employed by Trinity Property Consultants.

Nothing positive so everything you can think of negative. This company is a joke.
