      Poor management. The company is a JOKE

      They pay for your healthcare

      Cons

      They get mad when you talk about pay with others. Getting help when your the only guy is impossible. Other employees being held accountable isn’t a thing. Had my supervisor get high on the job multiple times if not daily he got hurt and nothing was done he got brought back on with no repercussions.
