-Corporate employees receive a 10% bonus paid out quarterly -An additional bonus was given during Christmas -Benefits are paid through the employer at 100% -The employees are all generally friendly and easy to work with -Small family-oriented office environment -Great exposure to the field of Property Management -The company prides itself on advancing hardworking employees -Ability to travel and engage with various teams across the regions

Cons

-Only certain departments are approved to work from home -Seeing as though DEI is a new initiative, the company's attempt to foster environments that include DEI, belonging and overall culture is lackluster compared to other small to midsize companies -The company recently laid off several employees from 2021-2022

If you are someone looking for as much growth as possible and have the capacity to be a self starter, this is a great role! I have been working alongside managers in real time and learning all of the reporting and decision making that goes into being a property manager. I have even gotten the chance to fill in as an interim manager. As a previous 2 time intern for the company, I would highly recommend. Trinity really cares about the growth of all employees!

Cons

If you are not familiar with industry software, you may struggle to pick things up. This is a fast paced environment!
