Cons

•Corporate does not listen, it is hard to get in contact with them •Property manager did not care about the property, residents and property were very badly taken care of •Their main focus is how good management looks amongst themselves •Overworked and underpaid and sites are very under staffed

Very Corporate, Somewhat disorganized

Pros

The company pays 100% of your health insurance and vision, provides the standard 10 days of vacation annually and 6 days of sick. Provides standard 10 or so days off annually for holidays. Plenty of training through their specific program.

Cons

Very disorganized for a company with plenty of funding. Lots of changes in the corporate structure and their support base suffers. You are a piece of a machine, and the hierarchy is very much of importance.

Maintenance Technician for Trinity properties.

Pros

Best: management doesn't bother you. Maintenace's boss is awesome.

Cons

No communication from upper management. No weekly meetings for employees. I have been working on 5 properties with one other coworker. Always on call. No time to plan anything. No bonuses as stated. No mileage from one property to another unless you're more important than others. As a new company it was bought from old one, have not met our needs as an employee.
