      Growing Company with Large Growing Pains

      Growing national company with many properties

      Cons

      Growing too quickly, supervisors end up in positions with little to no experience. Favoritism happens throughout both management and construction, which creates a lot of toxicity. There is no protected class protection. I was sexually assaulted and had witnesses. None of the witnesses were interviewed to see what happened. Assultant ended up retaliating against me which drove me to putting in my notice. I have worked for many multifamily companies and this is the most unprofessional. A lot of people in this company drink and use drugs with little to no discretion. I often got drunken phone calls and texts from colleague and they never got reprimanded. I know this because they continued to do it.
