There are no pros when you work for a company like this.

Cons

Upper Leadership will make you tge scapegoat. They will play games with employees, even though they teach to hold all employees futures in their hands honorably, unfortunately they do not know the meaning of honorable. I was warned prior to starting with this company and I should have listened. What a joke and a waste of time.

The West Coast Pod is a dream team that offers communities ranging from student housing to luxury communities. If you would like to be part of an ever-growing business that provides its employees with the utmost support and the opportunity to grow, then Trinity is for you.

Hours are not flexible during workdays, and you must be available to shift workdays that meet the needs of the company.
