Where do I begin? Making the switch to Trinity has been the best decision I have ever made. Upper management is very supportive and the culture is inviting, fun and engaging. Truly feel blessed I GET to come to work everyday!

-Corporate employees receive a 10% bonus paid out quarterly -An additional bonus was given during Christmas -Benefits are paid through the employer at 100% -The employees are all generally friendly and easy to work with -Small family-oriented office environment -Great exposure to the field of Property Management -The company prides itself on advancing hardworking employees -Ability to travel and engage with various teams across the regions

Cons

-Only certain departments are approved to work from home -Seeing as though DEI is a new initiative, the company's attempt to foster environments that include DEI, belonging and overall culture is lackluster compared to other small to midsize companies -The company recently laid off several employees from 2021-2022
