Pros

I loved helping potential residents find their next place to call home. Made lots of new friends with all of our residents. I still hear from many of them a year after my departure from TPC.

Cons

There's ongoing monthly training that became impossible to keep up with during the busy months which would effect your ability to claim certain commission.

You will be subjected to racist management You will be underpaid You will constantly stress due to upper management being delusional and unorganized.

Cons

I have never been so happy to leave a company. The things that occur behind the scenes of this smoke and mirror company are insane. Maintenance drinking on the job, regionals hooking up with lower employees, and embarrassing disorganization. Tallahassee region really dims the light on the entire company, and they should be ashamed of themselves.
